The Journal of Law and Political Science has been published by the Department of Public Administration, Tamkang University, since 1993. The Journal provides a forum for theoretical discussion and empirical analysis in the fields of law, political science, and public administration.

The Journal of Law and Political Science is a peer-reviewed journal. All research articles in this Journal have undergone peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing. The Journal is published once a year. Authors can submit the papers at any time.
