1.Curriculum Instruction
The on-the-Job training programme of our institute is affiliated with Executive Master of Public Policy (EMPP) of our college. EMPP curriculums of all institutes in College of Business and Management are integrated and designated to interdisciplinary training. Students must select one course of other majors for common elective courses, and elective courses of other institutes will be acknowledged in our institute for more diverse interaction learning environment and advancing interdisciplinary learning.
Other than upholding the arrangement of interdisciplinary curriculum which has always been valued by our institute, the on-the-Job training programme also emphasizes on the interaction and complementary relationship between public policy and other social sciences, focusing on comprehensive teaching and research on theory and practice in public policy related field, and inspiring earning potential of on-job students with different backgrounds to benefit the long-term development of their career. Graduation credits of the on-the-Job training programme of our institute are 30 in total including 6 for compulsory courses, 21 credits minimum required from elective courses of our institute, and the maximum 3 credits of elective courses of other institutes. In the future, the vision of the school, college, and department will continue to be implemented. Taking Public Administration as the main module, with multivariate and issue-oriented teaching approach, our version is to cultivate comprehensive abilities of public administration and continue to flourish as a major institute for research on public administration.
